I am a huge fan of this author and of the whole M/M romance genre and she has yet again come out with another hit! This book was filled with angst, passion, and swoon worthy moments and I was captivated the whole way through. I could not put this book down!Ashley and Taylor only have eyes for one another the first time they meet, the second time the chemistry between the two is off the charts hot, and their third encounter brings them into deep water when they realize that not only are they student and teacher at the same college, but that Ashley is Taylor's teacher in particular. In 245 days, Taylor will graduate and they can finally be together, but can they even wait that long?! And what happens in that time? Waiting till graduation to be together is definitely a struggle for these two who absolutely undo one another. This was a scorching hot forbidden M/M student/teacher romance that is filled with off the charts chemistry, a taboo relationship, and a whole lot of angst and suspense at what will happen to these two lovebirds. What obstacles will these two face in 245 days and will they end up together? I was rooting for this couple to get their happy ending and I give this unlikely book and incredible story 5 stars! Holy hotness! These poor guys trying to survive 245 days of secrecy. I can't imagine what that would be like & I don't think I'd hold up as well as them. Fabulous book, I highly recommend it. The book is full of risks & hurdles these guys have to endure. Just when you think they're going to make it okay something else comes up & they're blown back. It definitely kept my attention .

245 days of secrecy, could you do it, would you do it, what would make you do it? All of those questions arise in this fabulous dual POV story about student and professor. Lust, friendship, passion and risk. Will it all lead to reward? I loved Isabelle Peterson's previous "Dream" series where she delved into #loveislove and a m/m awakening in book #4 "Unexpected Dreams", so I was anxious to read how she would present this new story and the premise of keeping a secret of sorts under wraps. "245 Days" kept me interested to find out how life would unfold for Ashley and Taylor.Add in a lot of deliciously hot moments and you've got a 1-click must have read.
245 Days by Isabelle Peterson is a wonderfully descriptive and emotional book that is all about love...just plain love...in whatever form it takes. Love of parent and child, love of really good friends, love of a man for a woman and the love of two men. TJ has known for a long time that he is gay, but has never officially come out to anyone but his bestie Liv. He has had short term relationships but nothing that he would care to even think about much less remember. Ashley has been out and has the support of his family. He is wealthy and hot, in a nerdy kind of way. He has had relationships but longs for that true, once in a blue moon love. When the two meet, sparks fly and both feel like they may have found the one. That is until they find out that Ashley is TJ's professor. These two have 245 days ahead of them that they must stay apart or Ashley's career could be blown out of the water. I loved watching (reading??) these two learn about each other, connect is so many different ways and connect with other people in their lives through their growth.
I'm a huge fan of this author and with this book she puts out another hit! You'd think the way it starts it would be oh another one of those stories but it's not. Two men meet in a bar and leave together and that's where it changes. Turns out Ashley is a professor where Taylor goes to school and is his teacher. Since school rules say they can't be together (and no leeway on that, they both look and look and look), they have to wait until Taylor graduates at the end of the year to "be together", 245 days to be exact.
The author knows how to tell a story! The characters are great and you get heat plus some surprises. It's not your typical teacher/student book which makes it all the more enjoyable. Love a good story, love M/M (or like it even) then this is a must read for you!
My first from Isabelle Peterson and I truly enjoyed it. 245 Days is a wonderfully written M/M story featuring two very engaging and sexy characters in Ashley and Taylor. I loved that they made a toast to their 'girl' names the very first time they met. And a very clever way to help disguise their forbidden relationship between Professor and student.
I fell hard for this very passionate love story. Both Ashley and Taylor have great respect for the other and do not take one another for granted. Although they both have a very mature outlook on life and how they conduct themselves in public, I was very intrigued by their inability to keep their hands off each other in private. They have some exceptionally erotic trysts that were super hot. Both Taylor and Ashley are in new territory. Taylor never having been with another man and Ashley never feeling as strong a bond was he does with his student. They both muddle through their apprehension at wanting this relationship to work despite the chances of getting caught and dealing with horrific consequences quite well. I was impressed at the way the author never made their feelings seem trite or unwarranted.
A definite winner from start to finish, I recommend 245 Days highly. Love is love and is never more apparent than in this special book.
